James

HEAD OF LEADERSHIP

James is a transformational leader, serial entrepreneur and business advisor to boards, CEOs, C-suite leadership teams, private equity and family office investors.

As Founder at High Performance People, James leads the company’s focus on developing the strategy, training, talent and technology solutions that have helped many of the world’s most visionary leaders to achieve their growth ambitions.

Starting out as a blue-chip marketer in the UK, James is a former CMO & Marketing Consultant to fast-scaling consumer & technology companies across Asia Pacific, has co-founded technology start-ups Ateliex Group and Forebrite, preeminent recruitment firm The Ladder, and today is also Partner - Consumer & Technology at global executive search firm Carlyle Kingswood.

One of the talent industry’s thought leaders, James has developed HPP & CKG’s Growth Leadership model, published a number of articles and opinion pieces on transformational leadership, and helped a number of Australia’s businesses dominate new geographies and industry niches.

Fishy

HEAD OF STRATEGY & FACILITATION

David Fish, aka Fishy, is a globally recognised strategist, business leader and record-breaking pilot.

What makes Fishy and his approach unique is his ability to draw on a rich and diverse range of business and life experiences combined with an innate way of making sense of the complex.

His superpower is spotting patterns, connecting the dots and uncovering solutions that others don’t see. A persuasive presenter and master facilitator, he can captivate a room as well as guide groups to discover and co-create powerful fresh ideas.

His experience spans roles from Chief Strategy Officer to company founder and Managing Director. He has tested himself in the toughest environments soaring thousands of feet off the ground to set new world records, competing at the elite level of sport aviation as well as overcoming his own life challenges and using this to motivate himself to help others unlock the possibilities on the road ahead.

 

Vlad

HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING GROWTH

Vlad is part strategist, marketer, developer and data analyst, having led sales and marketing teams in digital agencies in Australia and the UK, including heading-up strategy for clients including Audi, Blackmores, eBay, Electrolux, Pizza Hut and Novartis.

Moving over to Big 4 firm EY in 2016 as Senior Manager Advisory Services, Vlad consulted to a number of Australia’s ASX-listed companies before taking on roles as start-up CEO at Laundromap and Chief Customer Officer at Molemap.

Vlad founded Forebrite to help growth-orientated mid-tier companies build predictive marketing engines, supercharging the performance of their marketing efforts with a unique mix of software and consulting. Unlike other providers, Forebrite leverages existing customer data to separate the signal from the noise.

A teacher at the Australian Institute of Marketing, Vlad’s experience in identifying a business’ north star, the metric that best predicts your growth, helps HPP clients never be lost in an ROIN conversation again, elevating senior sales and marketing professionals at the C-suite.

Emma

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

After a globe-trotting marketing career in travel, leisure and hospitality, on moving to Australia Emma quickly discovered a passion for process management, strategic planning, P&L management and implementing new technologies.

Now HPP’s lynchpin for service delivery, Emma’s many talents extend to content marketing, event planning, customer relationship management and new product development, all of which has been instrumental to the business’ exponential growth.

Her superpowers include identifying issues before they arise, acting as a cultural ambassador across multiple geographies and strenuous time zones, and always delivering excellence in business partnering.

Emma has a strong values-based mindset, a love of continuous learning, and a genuine affinity people.
